But COACH!?!? You could call me a lot of things, but coach!??! 5 years ago, I certainly didn’t think I could be a coach! I wasn’t a fitness expert, or a dietitian, or a personal trainer, or even someone people would care about! Who would I “coach”!?!?? .
But after doing this workout thing for a few months and drinking this shake daily, I felt like a totally NEW PERSON! It’s like I woke up and everything was exciting, and happy, and POSSIBLE!!!! .
Who wouldn’t want to shout that from the rooftops and share with everyone!??!?! I wanted my friends to feel this way too!!! Heck, EVERYONE to feel this way!! So I did. I started to shout it out and shared. And shared. And soon I was inspiring others to feel the same amazing way I was. ME!!! Nobody me. No professional background in health and fitness me. Stay-at-home-mom me. Still working on myself me.
And that’s when I realized what “COACH” meant.
•I don’t have to be an expert. •I am not supposed to be perfect. •I just have to do what I do and share it! Show others what is possible...Let them know a better life IS out there if they truly want it...I only have to be ONE step ahead of them to show them the way.
So I just have to help ME...so I can help YOU!!!! I can do that.
Helping others is my JAM!!!! Coaching, to me, is one big Random Act of Kindness!! ❤❤ So, go ahead, you can call me coach now, too!
Could you be called coach? Can you work on bettering YOU and inspire some people along the way?!?! Drop a 😀below if so!!!!!
3 things help me wake up at 5am to get my workout in.
1. Going to bed early enough the night before so that I always get 7 - 7.5 hours of sleep.
2. Setting two alarms back to back and when the first one goes off, counting down (5-4-3-2-1) and jumping out of bed. There is no room to think about sleeping more or not.
3. Knowing the feeling working out gives me and also how it sets up the rest of day on a positive note. I already accomplished one big thing before the sun is even up.
People tell me quite often that they don't have time to workout. How about instead of saying you don't have time, say "I don't make time to take care of myself." It's the truth and then maybe you'll make the time.
You are worth it 😘
