Understanding simple physics of the human body takes you a long way.
The fitness industry is very good at complicating the simplest of solutions.
Many still will dismiss years of peer review research.
Use new research to question your approach, not define it.
And let the basics lead the way.
Because most times it's the simplest of things that work.
Always question everything and do some research before buying into something.
There's so many nutrition approaches that are drenched in fear.
With many instant gratification promises that stretch reality.
Many will still believe in bogus articles and listen to quackery claims.
Or to some celebrity because they did it and worked for them.
We follow IG athletes just because they ripped.
This is what sadly creates many setback, problems and health issues.
And often lead people to develop an unhealthy relationship with food, training & life.
People still demonize certain foods & groups for NO logical reason.
Often people are lead to believe there way is the only way.
Leaving many brainwashed to believe in ridiculous, restrictive & short lived dogma.
I've been there, got the the badge & walked the terrible path.
All this did was lead me to a complete dead end, no progress, utter frustration and severe depression.
When it comes to nutrition there is no one field of nutrition, It's highly individual.
If you a trainer or coach responsible for pushing people into ruining their health.
Restricting them from foods they love for NO unknown reason.
Then you have no ground to stand on.
Because you may even cost someone's happiness and health.
There are so many uneducated, unethical proclaimed experts.
Who have NO credibility what so ever, who still spread such bad information.
Anyone who does that is doing themselves, their followers, and the entire industry a disservice.
The health & fitness industry should be filled with ethical, honest & moral coaches.
Who purely have their clients best interest at heart.
Teaching them, guiding them, educating them and preaching truth.
