"I've been asked how am I staying motivated to continue working out while pregnant. I'm simply staying motivated by reflecting on my progress. the first pic is what my body looked like post csection with my 1st born. I gained over 100 lbs sitn at a whopping 264 lbs!! never worked out and ate very unhealthy. I vowed to myself to never get complacent again with any future pregnancies. the second pic was taken 3 months after the first. I was determined to shed that baby weight. and I did... I lost 100 lbs in 10 months by simply working out and tweaking my nutrition. that's why I continue to reflect on my past progress knowing what I had to go through. doing so shows me exactly what I'm capable of despite the obstacles I'm aligned with. I'm not sweating gaining weight bcz that's apart of pregnancy. I know I will gain weight. but I will within healthy measures. with this pregnancy, everyday has its own challenges but I'm enjoying it. I'm happy and healthy. I'm focused and keeping fit to the best of my ability. I perform a minimum of 30 mins of strength training and 30 mins of cardio every training session... listening to my body, taking breaks when needed. and of course I make sure I keep maddd hydrated. I'm keeping my eating under control indulging in moderation. so far, so good. I couldn't be any more satisfied thus far. the journey continues and I will remain encouraged"
