from my fitness competition competing days. This is from 2013 with my mate and Mr. Natural Australia 2002 Marcus Warren. This is a few weeks out from our @wbff_official
competition before we started cutting weight. The exercise shown are the cable fly for your chest, the rope row for back/biceps/forearms, the stiff arm pull down for back/triceps, skull crushers for the triceps, alternating bicep curls for the biceps (obviously), and cable curls for more biceps. Hit it hard, hit it smart, a hit it efficiently!
