YOGA TRANSFORMATION 👉🏼 One of the most important things I've learned on my yoga journey is that there is no such thing as being "GOOD AT YOGA." That concept simply doesn't exist. Yoga is a personal, customized experience that isn't comparable to someone else's practice. When I started practicing yoga a few years ago I didn't know that on my mat, and I certainly didn't know that in my life. I constantly didn't believe I was good enough at anything: yoga, my job, my relationships, how I looked; and I was always in over drive trying to prove something. In my practice and my life journey I focus heavily on learning to be content within myself and believing that where I'm at is where I am meant to be (😏 it's not always easy). I want to progress in my practice and in my life for myself, not to feel like I matter more. Remember that you matter simply because you exist and you are YOU. You don't need to be able to do a certain yoga pose or please anyone to prove that.
Progress because you want more for yourself, change because it is the only thing that is constant, and wake up everyday knowing that wherever you are in your life or practice is INSPIRING!! Love you, Melis ❤️
